This shot was taken in Silicon Valley, California, USA. Fogs on the hills or slightly below happens often. There are a lot of hills and canyons around. When a fog hits a ground in this area then sometimes you could see not just small patches of fog but also a fully developed streams and rivers of fog. Best time to capture this magical pictures is before or at sunrise...
